This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and restrictions that apply to the technical use of the Glypho platform, website, mobile applications, AI systems, APIs, and any related services.
By using Glypho, you agree to abide by this AUP in addition to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
Glypho may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this AUP is to ensure:
- Safe, stable, and reliable platform performance
- Protection of system resources
- Prevention of misuse or abuse
- Responsible use of AI powered features
- Security of user data and platform infrastructure
2. General Obligations
Users must:
- Use Glypho only for lawful purposes
- Access the platform only through official interfaces
- Protect their account credentials
- Avoid activities that disrupt or compromise system performance
3. Prohibited Technical Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from performing any of the following actions:
3.1 System Interference
You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt or overload platform servers
- Launch denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
- Interfere with system operations, stability, or performance
- Manipulate traffic, routing, or data transmission
3.2 Unauthorized Access
You may not:
- Access non-public areas of the platform
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
- Use another user's account without permission
- Extract or attempt to access internal databases or server code
3.3 Automated Tools and Scraping
You may not:
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated scripts
- Harvest data or metadata without written permission
- Perform bulk extraction of articles, profiles, or platform content
- Use automation to manipulate tags, rankings, or engagement signals
3.4 Harmful or Malicious Activity
You may not:
- Upload malware, viruses, trojans, or harmful code
- Test platform vulnerabilities without authorization
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Introduce code designed to compromise security or privacy
3.5 Misuse of AI Systems
You may not:
- Use AI models to generate harmful, deceptive, or manipulative content
- Attempt to extract model parameters or training data
- Abuse AI endpoints with excessive automated queries
- Use AI outputs as professional advice without verification
3.6 Excessive Load or Abuse
You may not:
- Send excessive client-side requests that overload system capacity
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or amplify activity
- Perform stress testing or benchmarking without approval
4. Data Usage Restrictions
Users may not:
- Collect personal data of other users without express consent
- Build datasets using platform content without permission
- Store or process platform content for competitive intelligence
- Use any data for advertising or profiling
- Resell or redistribute user-generated or AI-generated content
5. API Use (if and when released)
If Glypho releases an API, users must:
- Use the API only as documented
- Respect rate limits
- Avoid bulk or abusive calls
- Not attempt to scrape internal endpoints
- Not use the API to replicate or compete with Glypho
Unauthorized API use will result in immediate access revocation.
6. Security Expectations
Users are expected to:
- Report vulnerabilities responsibly (see our Security Policy)
- Avoid actions that may expose sensitive data
- Not publicly disclose security issues before Glypho addresses them
- Cooperate with security investigations when needed
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Removal of content
- Temporary or permanent suspension of account
- Blocking IP addresses or devices
- Legal action if necessary
- Notification to law enforcement in severe cases
Glypho may enforce this policy at its sole discretion.

9. Governing Law
This AUP is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes related to this policy lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
