End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Glypho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Glypho application solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this EULA and all other platform policies.

This license does not transfer ownership of any part of the software or platform.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the software
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the software to violate any laws or third-party rights
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or unauthorized plugins
• Circumvent security features or access internal systems
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the software to others

Any unauthorized use terminates your license automatically.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Glypho application, including code, architecture, AI models, algorithms, design, branding, databases, and all intellectual property, belong exclusively to Glypho.

This EULA grants you no ownership rights.

4. Updates and Modifications

Glypho may update, modify, patch, or improve the software at any time. Updates may be installed automatically or require manual approval.

Glypho is not obligated to maintain or support older versions.

5. AI and Data Processing Notice

The Glypho application may use AI systems to:

• Analyze your content
• Provide recommendations
• Generate summaries, translations, or synthetic materials
• Deliver voice and audio features
• Improve platform performance

AI outputs may include inaccuracies, omissions, or biases. Users remain fully responsible for verifying all content before relying on it. For more details, see our AI Transparency Statement.

6. Internet Connectivity and External Services

Some features require:

• Internet access
• Third-party APIs
• Cloud processing
• Data synchronization

Glypho is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by external services.

7. Privacy

Your use of the software is subject to the Glypho Privacy Policy.

By using the application, you consent to the collection and processing of data as outlined in that policy.

8. Termination

Glypho may terminate this license if:

• You violate any terms of this EULA
• You misuse the application or platform
• Your account is suspended or deleted
• Required by law or security considerations

Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using all Glypho software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Glypho does not guarantee:

• That the software will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That AI outputs will be accurate or complete
• That the software will meet all user expectations
• That data will not be lost

Users assume full responsibility for the use of the application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glypho shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Damages arising from reliance on AI content
• Incompatibility with devices or operating systems
• Loss of business, profits, or reputation

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the software.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glypho from any claim arising from:

• Your use of the software
• Your content
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights
• Your breach of this EULA

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any dispute arising from this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

13. Changes to this EULA

Glypho may update this EULA from time to time.

Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
