Glypho is a collaborative platform that enables users to publish, discover, discuss, and analyze written content through advanced semantic clustering, AI insights, and community interaction.

Your use of Glypho must comply with these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 13 years old (or older, if required by law in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract with WeRlive LTD.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To publish, comment, or access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

WeRlive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

a. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content ("User Content") you submit, publish, or display on Glypho.

By posting, you grant WeRlive LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating and improving Glypho.

b. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Violates any law or third-party right.
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Includes false or misleading information.
• Infringes on copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.

WeRlive may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Glypho integrates AI-assisted semantic clustering, summarization, and recommendation engines to enhance user experience. By using the Services, you consent to the automated processing and analysis of your content for indexing, recommendation, and research purposes.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how WeRlive collects, uses, and shares personal information.

By using the Services, you consent to such collection and use consistent with applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services.
• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform elements (software, algorithms, trademarks, designs, and layout) are owned by WeRlive LTD or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Glypho's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Termination

WeRlive may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." WeRlive LTD makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

WeRlive does not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Content will always be accurate or reliable.
• AI-generated insights will be free from bias.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeRlive LTD and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access or use.

In no event shall WeRlive's aggregate liability exceed $100 USD or the total amount you paid (if any) in the past six months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeRlive LTD, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

14. Changes to These Terms

WeRlive LTD may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Glypho after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
